Portuguese, born in Angola in 1975, he has graduated in culinary from E.H.T.A in 1998.
Since he was very young, he was fortunate to have many people surrounding him including family and friends that helped him realize the beauty of food and cuisine.
It was in the Algarve, in the capital of Faro, that he has developed the art of preparing dishes.
He defines himself as a “Moor” defender of his region, the sea and its Ria Formosa.
He is proud to have headed some renowned restaurants, such as the famous Camané Restaurant on the Island of Faro, the T Club in Quinta do Lago, personal projects in Setúbal.
In 2017, he has accepted the challenge to promote a new project, and since then he has been working at EVA Senses Hotel as Executive CHef, and assumes that it was, and still is, his biggest challenge.
He loves traditional Portuguese cuisine, but likes also to apply new techniques in the creation of his dishes.
