The AP Hotels & Resorts Group invests in everyone's safety!
Being the tourism industry an activity from and to people, we are aware that the recovery of this particular sector must be done in the most secure way to get the trust back from your part.
We are conscious that tourism industry will change, considering the moment we are living in, AP Hotels & Resorts’ Group is working and preparing a wide range of measures in order to get back stronger and to do what we love the most: welcome our guests as soon as possible.
With this is mind, AP Hotels & Resorts’ Group is developing a wide program of prevention, control and protection to provide your wellbeing and comfort not only for our staff but also for you!
These measures will be informed very soon and they will be applied in all departments, especially when it comes the operational terms, such as:
Our staff is going to have a special training about good hygiene practices;
We will provide to our guests a wide range of self-protective attitudes & responsibilities – in order to keep everybody protected and attentive;
Sensitive areas – such as restaurants and pools – will be protected and will have the daily routines changed to keep the high level of security and, at the same time, to keep the guests’ comfort;
All cleaning and hygiene protocols will be revised to guarantee the maximum security to all;
An investment program will take place in all AP Hotels & Resorts’ units which have individual equipment’s as well as the best technical equipment in the market which main goal is the maximum protection and hygiene of all facilities.
This program is already being developed and this is reinforced with the “Safe & Clean” certification stamp by “Turismo de Portugal” – this stamp will be in every unit of AP Hotels & Resorts.
In the next few days, we will share, in a special edition of our The hAPi Express, this strategy in detail. The journal will be available both in paper and online.
Stay with us and keep safe. We are here, naturally distinctive, waiting for you.
