Chef Miléne Nobre

My name is Miléne Nobre, I’m 34 years old and I live in Tavira. I graduated in Cooking and Pastry and also in Hotel Management – F&B (Food and Beverages) a few years ago.
I had the opportunity to work in several of the best restaurants in the world, including “El Bulli” in Barcelona, “Martin Berasategui” in the Basque Country, “Vila Joya” in Albufeira, among others.

I have already travelled to several countries in search of new knowledge, new flavours, new techniques and essentially different experiences, such as Spain, France, Italy, Norway, Switzerland, Germany, Austria, Russia, Hungary, etc.

I am currently Executive Chef at the AP Maria Nova Lounge in Tavira which belongs to AP Hotels & Resorts group. I am also President of the Cuisine Profession jury at the Worldskills Portugal Professions World Championships.

This venue is also a great option for a work lunch or dinner, where you can continue networking, after a meeting or a workshop, in a more reserved area of the restaurant.
