Human Resources Director nominated for the Xénios 2022 Awards
One of the importante goals of AP Hotels & Resorts, a hotel group belonging to MADRE TURISMO, is the development of working conditions for its employees.
It is important for the group that has 6 hotels along the Algarve coast to invest and give those who work with us the possibility of career progression, good working conditions, and benefits and incentives.
All the initiatives that the group has carried out are once again recognized and the group’s investment is once again recognized with the director of human resources, Rui Nunes, again nominated for the Xénios Awards 2022 – Awards for Excellence in Hospitality from ADHP, as “Best Manager of Human Potential”.
He has been working with the group since 2018, with a degree in Human Resources Management, a master’s degree in Hotel Management and Management and with postgraduate degrees in Safety and Hygiene at Work and Labor Law, Rui Nunes collaborated at ESGHT of the University of Algarve as specialized professor of Human Resources in the Masters in Hotel Management and Management, he was also a professor at the Escola de Hotelaria e Turismo do Algarve until 2019, and at the graduation in Hotel Management by INESP until 2020.
This is yet another demonstration of how the AP Hotels & Resorts group values its employees and contributes to their development.
