CHEF’S TABLE CELEBRATES THREE SUCCESSFUL YEARS

Chef’s Table, the most reserved space of AP Eva Senses, celebrated three years last October 31st, in a successful journey that combines intimacy with good taste and the privilege of a superb view over Ria Formosa.
The quality and refinement of Chef Alberto Carvalho’s cuisine, which offers a main menu of five moments, dictated by his daily inspiration, accompanied by the excellent wines from Quinta de São Sebastião, are the main reason why customers seek Chef’s Table.
The space, ideal for small get-togethers or business lunches, offers its clients fixed menus, but the concept implemented consists in following the inspiration of Chef Alberto Carvalho who, on the very day, goes to the market and chooses the freshest products to prepare a menu with unique flavours, with the influence of the Ria and Algarve cuisine.
