End the year in beauty with our gala dinner. We have prepared for you an unforgettable evening with a unique menu.
Start beautifully with a prawn tartar, citrus and micro vegetable spheres, followed by a lobster ravioli with saffron broth, enjoy a green apple gin and tonic while you prepare for the next course which is Beef tenderloin, truffle puree, mini asparagus and Val Moreira Port sauce.
The best we leave for last, a real chocolate macaron, with gold spray and red fruits.
Drinks are included, and you have a choice of wines from Quintas S. Sebastião, water, soft drinks, beer and coffee.

New Year’s lunch at AP Eva Senses

Start celebrating the end of the year with lunch at our hotel. Delicious dishes await you.
The cold dishes include vegetable salad, codfish, chicken, tuna, couscous with vegetables, Greek feta salad, smoked salmon, boiled prawns, oysters, mussels with vinaigrette, butter fish ceviche, duck pâté with port and a platter of smoked sausages and cheeses.
For the hot dishes the chef suggests prawns à la plancha, fish fillet with almonds, roast suckling pig, duck rice and pumpkin ravioli.
For dessert, you can choose from king cake, almond tart, orange tart, egg white tart, egg pudding, Dom Rodrigo, chocolate mousse, red fruit tart, Christmas log and sliced fruit.
The price is 50 euros per person with drinks included, and there is a choice of wines from Quintas S. Sebastião, water, soft drinks, beer and coffee.

Join us to end the year in beauty, our chef has prepared a unique menu for you.
To start you can’t miss the bread and flavoured butter, while the chef welcomes you with a scalop of Foie Gras, baked apple and reduction of Quinta de São Sebastião.
Next, treat yourself to a scallop braised in garlic butter, Algarve carabinieri and champagne and caviar mousse. Then there is the fillet of Corvina with brothy rice of bivalves from the Algarve coast and to top it off a passion fruit and ginger granizado with lemon “suspiros”.
The meat dish will be a slice of matured veal and its jus with shimeji mushrooms, Iberian delicacy and winter vegetables.
At midnight there is sparkling wine and sultanas for happiness.
Celebrate into the night and for supper we have caldo verde, prawn rissoles, chicken samosas, cheeses and sausages, Alentejo bread, rabanadas and sonhos.

NEW YEAR'S EVE BUFFET MENU
End the year on a high note at our hotel, with a very special tasting gala that we have prepared for you.
Start off beautifully with a carrot, orange and ginger cream with a garnish of green lentils and tomato crunch, followed by lobster and crab in duet lobster medallions on creamy coulis of avocado, yoghurt and lime, roll with crab stuffing with cucumber and grilled celery salad, fennel, glasswort and pomegranate.
For fish we also suggest salmon fillet with crispy skin served on a bed of jasmine rice sautéed with vegetables and honey and mustard sauce flavoured with poppy seeds. The appetiser will be a mojito sorbet with a hint of vanilla.
For the meat dish wild venison tenderloin garnished with rosti potatoes, roasted vegetables, caramelised pineapple, Quinta São Sebastião red reserve sauce, fresh tomatoes and juniper berries.
Dessert will be a delicious dark chocolate brownie served with toffe and orange coulis in two textures and passion fruit foam.
Throughout the evening we have for supper buffet of salads, traditional seasonal dishes and sweets.

New Year's Eve
The end of the year dinner will be very special at our hotel.
To start with a pea cream flavoured with mint, followed by a fish dish, octopus rays from the al-gharb à lagareiro, smashed sweet potato and vegetables from the garden. The starter will be a lime sorbet with mint.
The meat dish will be sautéed veal with porcini mushroom sauce and sauteed potatoes and the dessert Algarve orange tart on almond praline and cinnamon sand.
And as the night will be big for supper we have caldo verde, shrimp rissoles, chicken samosas, cheeses and sausages, Alentejo bread, French toast and dreams.
