AP MARIA NOVA LOUNGE HOSTS NEW PAINTING EXHIBITION

AP Maria Nova Lounge has been hosting an exhibition of paintings by Portuguese-Brazilian artist Sarah Louis since 3 July until 1 September.

The 22-year-old artist has lived in Portugal since she was 14, where she studied Visual Arts.

In 2018, she took part in the Arte Algarve competition in Lagos, where she exhibited her work Sedution and was a finalist.

With health problems linked to depression, Sarah Louis, her work tries to portray deeper meanings that she finds in her life experience. “Her art has no stylistic barriers, she just wants to convey her message, her emotions through the works she creates” with the aim of “reaching the public in a profound way”.
