BeActive Beach Games are back in Praia da Rocha

On the 3rd and 4th of September, the BeActive Beach Games return to Portimão and promise a lot of entertainment.
With the aim of promoting healthy lifestyles and physical activity among all ages, the event is organized by the Council of Sports Federations of Latvia, in partnership with the Portuguese Institute of Sports and Youth and the Portimão City Council, under the program Eramus +.
There is a program with several activities over the weekend, from beach volleyball, surfing, bodyboarding, beach tennis, handball and beach soccer, as well as pilates, fitness, water aerobics, capoeira and zumba classes.
On September 3, gather your family and participate in the Family Cup, an initiative that will bring together Portuguese and foreign families in 12 games prepared to test physical and intellectual capacity and teamwork.
On Sunday morning, there is a 5-kilometre run/walk starting and finishing at Portimão Marina.
