For Christmas dinner the chef suggests a broth of shellfish with mint and samphire, followed by cod loin, kale and galician olive powder, for those who prefer meat a roast leg of lamb with caramelized onions and potatoes and to finish delight yourself with the famous “sonhos”, French toast, king cake, empanadillas, Dom Rodrigo, sweet rice and dried fruit.
The price is 79 euros per person with drinks included, and you can choose from Wines from Quintas S. Sebastião, water, soft drinks, beer and coffee.

A table full of cold dishes including vegetable salads, codfish, chicken, tuna and among others, smoked salmon, mussels, boiled prawns, butter fish ceviche, duck pâté with port and a platter of smoked sausages and cheeses. To warm up your meal, try the typical codfish with corn bread, oven-roasted kid, pork tenderloin with clams and even seafood paella.
And to sweeten the meal, there are French toast, king cake, carob cake, orange pie, egg pudding, red velvet, Christmas log, chocolate mousse and sliced fruit.

One of the best memories of Christmas is gathering the family around the table for a meal. Join us as we prepare for you and your family a menu that will stay in your memory forever.
As you gather around the table try the typical fresh bread with flavoured butters. Followed by a greeting from the chef who has prepared a mini vol-au-vent of curd cheese, pumpkin and walnut.
After the welcome, enjoy a celery root cream with toasted almonds and pea shoots and because tradition must be kept alive, you will have a codfish fillet confit in garlic olive oil with all, sweet potatoes and black olive sand. We also have roast turkey leg, with chestnut mousse and village vegetables.
Finish off beautifully with our Christmas log piled high with French toast, sweet almonds and lots of dreams.

CELEBRATE CHRISTMAS EVENING WITH A FANTASTIC BUFFET
Come create memories with us in a unique Christmas dinner prepared with you in mind. With a buffet menu there are several delicious options for such a special night. From cold dishes choose from simple salads, sauces and hors d’oeuvres, Christmas salad, green salad with mango and goat cheese, kidney bean salad with codfish, mayonnaise garland, boiled shrimp, suckling pig rissoles / codfish fritters and vegetarian crepes.
For hot dishes caldo verde soup, pork in garlic and coriander vines with fresh clams, oven roasted turkey breast with chestnut mousse, jus de carne flavoured with fresh rosemary and São Sebastião Syrah red, postada codfish with corn bread crust, served with boiled egg, potatoes and cabbage from the region, roasted octopus on a bed of onion and cuttlefish ink, cataplana of monkfish, asparagus bráz style, grain stew with pumpkin, mint and sweet potatoes, and a show cooking of clams á bulhão pato and sautéed shrimp.
You can accompany the dishes with roast new potatoes, crisps, boiled rice, stewed Portuguese cabbage, a mix of sautéed vegetables and boiled broccoli.
To sweeten the supper we have Christmas pudding, chocolate Christmas log, king cake, sweet rice, sweet potato sourdough, cream pie, queen cake, orange pie, laminated fruit and fruit salad.
