Yoga Retreat | Fall into Autumn | AP Cabanas Beach & Nature
Yoga retreats are back at AP Cabanas Beach & Nature on October 7th to 9th, with a complete program of classes and moments of relaxation.
The Fall into Autumn Retreat | Wellness Retreat starts on the 7th with a welcome and an information session. Then there is a Yoganidra class, a conscious relaxation practice capable of provoking one of the deepest levels of physical, mental and emotional relaxation.
After class, enjoy dinner and rest.
On Saturday, the 8th, the full practice of Yoga (anti-vata) begins, with physiological purifications, postural alignment, breathing, relaxation and meditation. To continue to relax, enjoy a Turkish bath, followed by a body massage with heated sesame oil. In the morning there is also breakfast and recreational activities where you can get to know the beach, the pool or other experiences that the hotel provides.
After the lunch break, the retreat returns at 3 pm with a Respiratory preparation class for the autumn, at a time when the risk of respiratory problems and viral infections increases.
A rest break and a meditation and deep relaxation class follow.
On the last day of the retreat, there will be the practice of Jala Neti, an Indian technique that allows cleaning and decongesting the nasal passages. It consists of washing the nose with warm water and salt and prevents and relieves rhinitis, sinusitis, migraine, colds and other problems.
There is also a complete Yoga Practice class and the conclusion with a tasting of Ayurvedic and regional teas on the rooftop of AP Cabanas.
Ayurveda is a traditional Indian medicine aimed at healing the whole body. It’s a way to achieve balance in your personal, professional, and social life and stay healthy, happy and stress-free.
The value of the program is 340 euros for two people, a twin room and 270 euros for a single room. The price includes all activities plus the hotel stay.
