Reopening of Harune Restaurant
The AP Hotels & Resorts Group opened the renovated HARUNE restaurant, at the AP Eva Senses hotel in Faro, under the concept “The Eternal Romantic”.
This iconic restaurant under the guidance of Chef Alberto Carvalho reopened on March 18 and promises to exceed all of its customers’ expectations, with a high gastronomic standard and a new experience and a new mood.
In charge of the Architect Ana Castro Alegre, from Arq. Tailor’s, the new HARUNE was inspired, “in Ria Formosa Natural Park, in the recognition and pleasure that this restaurant gives us, as well as in the people of Faro, who have been visiting it for a long time”. With a strong traditional component in the city of Faro, the HARUNE restaurant is, for the creative responsible, “a space where you want to go and be, nostalgic and pleasant for everyone”.
This renovation and the new decoration resulted from the need to create a space with differentiated environments, more current, with more comfort and elegance, always respecting the views of the strong presence of the Ria Formosa.
Among the main changes, customers can count on a new space in the buffet area, as well as an area reserved for a traditional bakery for breakfast and a cart for the chef’s delicacies.
In terms of space, we highlight the integration of the restaurant with the terrace, creating an esplanade with a privileged view of the Ria Formosa, where we can enjoy our meals outdoors. This connection also has a window that offers a connection between the two spaces, allowing you to enjoy more natural light.
In addition to these interventions, the new entrance to the HARUNE restaurant received a dome and a new logo in order to modernize the space. The floor and walls also feature a new color and texture. The entire environment underwent a facelift in the decoration in order to fulfill the proposed concept “The eternal Romantic”.
