1. It’s not worth going hungry before the buffet
Going to a buffet is not a sign that you have to eat a lot. You should take advantage of the various options that the buffet offers and taste a little of everything. Remember that the buffet has a lot of options, at a normally attractive price. You should always eat in moderation to get the most out of the experience.
2. Make a first round to evaluate the offer
When you reach the dining room, look around and assess the best options for your personal taste. Remember that there is an offer of starters, main courses, side dishes, fruits and desserts. Don’t be in a hurry to choose and try as many dishes as possible. If you look around and know all the offers that are available, you can focus on what makes your mouth water. 3. Choose foods you don’t normally eat at home

You can also drink tea to aid digestion, as well as to relieve the stomach, reducing bloating.

Book your table and have no surprises. There’s nothing like knowing in advance, for example, the menu.
