A Wide Space Full of Variety

The renovated and iconic HARUNE restaurant, under the guidance of Chef Alberto Carvalho, reopened recently and promises to exceed all of its customers’ expectations, with a high gastronomic standard and a new experience and a new mood.

 

Among the main changes, guests and clients can count on a new space in the buffet area, as well as an area reserved for a traditional bakery for breakfast and a cart for the chef’s delicacies.

 

In terms of space, a bigger terrace with a privileged view of the Ria Formosa can be enjoyed while having a meal.

 

Chef Alberto Carvalho’s team is waiting for you and promises to surprise you with the best products in the region!

Chef’s Table is a space for emotions, sensations and sharing, where you can enjoy a unique gastronomic experience, prepared exclusively for you by the hands of our Chef Alberto Carvalho. Chef’s Table it’s an exclusive room with contemporary decor, located on the 5th and top floor of AP Eva Senses Hotel, with a privileged view over the Ria Formosa. Reservation in advance is necessary for a minimum of 6 people and a maximum of 12 people.

Alberto Carvalho

Portuguese, born in Angola in 1975, he has graduated in culinary from E.H.T.A in 1998.

Since he was very young, he was fortunate to have many people surrounding him including family and friends that helped him realize the beauty of food and cuisine.

It was in the Algarve, in the capital of Faro, that he has developed the art of preparing dishes.

He defines himself as a “Moor” defender of his region, the sea and its Ria Formosa.

He is proud to have headed some renowned restaurants, such as the famous Camané Restaurant on the Island of Faro, the T Club in Quinta do Lago, personal projects in Setúbal.

In 2017, he has accepted the challenge to promote a new project, and since then he has been working at EVA Senses Hotel as Executive CHef, and assumes that it was, and still is, his biggest challenge.

He loves traditional Portuguese cuisine, but likes also to apply new techniques in the creation of his dishes.
