AP Hotels & Resorts conducts a special training dedicated to Quinta de São Sebastião Wines
On the 7th and 8th of February, the AP Hotels & Resorts Group held a wine training dedicated to its Quinta de São Sebastião wines.
This initiative dedicated to a group of employees, responsible for the F&B areas of the Group, chefs and sub chefs, had as main objective to make known the technical specifications of the Quinta de São Sebastião portfolio and its terroir.
Wines such as Quinta de S. Sebastião Reserva Red, Quinta de S. Sebastião D. Aninhas Rosé Reserva, Quinta de S. Sebastião Reserva, Quinta de S. Sebastião White, Quinta de São Sebastião Red and Quinta de S. Sebastião Rosé.
On the first day of training, the Group’s employees visited Quinta de S. Sebastião to learn about the historical background, had lunch at the old winery, visited the chapel and vineyards, in order to familiarize themselves with the terroir of Arruda.
On the second day of training, all the directors of the units, as well as the general director and the director of human resources visited Vila Galé Douro Vineyards
ds to learn more about Val Moreira wine and, in this way, enhance the dissemination and promotion of wines in the Algarve.
