With a passion for cooking at the young age of 14 at his roots in Manila, Philippines, where he graduated in Hotel Management. In 1990, his career began when he arrived in Europe at the Costa del Sol. His move to the Algarve in 1993 started at the prestigious Penina Hotel. Almost 3 decades later, he has gained experience with cruising the oceans and rivers and moreover in various hotels in continental Portugal and Madeira Island such as Vila Vita Parc, Tivoli Marinotel, CS Group, Vilalara Thalassa and InterContinental Porto.
