AP HOTELS & RESORTS RENEWS SPONSORSHIP OF TAVIRA CYCLING CLUB

The AP Hotels & Resorts group will renew its sponsorship of the Tavira Cycling Club’s men’s team for next season.
The announcement was made by AP Maria Nova Lounge, Xisco Homs, on behalf of the group AP Hotels & Resorts, at the end of the season dinner of the Clube de Ciclismo de Tavira, held last Friday, 6th October, at the restaurant Balsa, from AP Maria Nova Lounge.

The dinner, hosted by the chairman of the Madre group, António Parente, which is part of the AP Hotels & Resorts group, brought together the cyclists, technical team and family members of the Tavira Cycling Club and was attended by the president of the Tavira Cycling Club. Tavira City Council, Ana Paula Martins, vice-mayor, Eurico Palma and president of the Tavira Municipal Assembly, José Manuel Guerreiro, regional director of IPDJ Algarve, Custódio Moreno, president of Sporting Clube Farense, João Rodrigues, president of the Tavira Cycling Club, Marcelino Teixeira and General Director of the AP Hotels & Resorts Group, Emanuel Freitas, as well as other individuals.

At the dinner, the Câmara de Tavira and the Clube de Ciclismo de Tavira honoured cyclists David Livramento and Valter Pereira, who are now leaving the sport after several decades dedicated to the club.

Chef Milene Nobre and her team were responsible for the menu, which was much appreciated by those present due to its high quality.
