AP HOTELS & RESORTS/TAVIRA/ S C FARENSE ON THE ALGARVE TOUR 2023
El equipo ciclista AP Hotels & Resorts / Tavira / SC Farense participa con fuerza en la 49ª edición de la Vuelta al Algarve, primera prueba del calendario ciclista de 2023, que se celebrará del 15 al 19 de febrero.
The peloton includes 12 “WorldTeams”, the highest level, and 9 national teams, and the competition will start in Portimão and end with a time trial in Lagoa.
In total, the cyclists will race 795 kilometres, in a total of five stages.
“The Algarve’s temperate climate in February, the variety of the course and the demand, with a total climbing accumulation of the five stages of 14600 metres, make the Volta ao Algarve the first clash of titans of the international peloton each season,” says the Portuguese Cycling Federation.
