AP EVA SENSES

 

 

At AP Eva Senses, located in downtown Faro, New Year’s Eve is celebrated with a special dinner and lunch.

 

On December 31st, there’s a gala dinner with a welcome cocktail, live music, lobster, scallops and salmon. Dinner costs €185 per person with drinks included.

 

On January 1st, lunch includes oven-roasted butterfish fillet, roast suckling pig, oven-roasted duck and steamed salmon with pistachio sauce. The price is €50 per person with drinks included.

 

And for those who want to stay, AP Eva Senses also offers a 2 or 3-night package with the Gala Dinner included. Prices vary between €340 and €435.

AP MARIA NOVA LOUNGE

 

 

 

In Tavira, the AP Maria Nova Lounge has also prepared an exclusive dinner, where the menu offers delicious dishes such as Lobsters and Prawns or low temperature veal cheek with tubers, wild berries and port wine. In addition to the tasty menu, after dinner there will be live music and fireworks to entertain everyone.

AP ORIENTAL BEACH

 

 

AP Oriental Beach, in Portimão, offers an excellent location for New Year’s Eve and a fantastic view over Praia da Rocha.

 

Equally excellent is the menu it has prepared for dinner on December 31 with Iberian Pork Tenderloin, Octopus Poke, Oven-baked corvina tenderloin with ikura roe and himalayan pink salt and Veal Medallion with Ruby Port.

During dinner, the meal will be accompanied by a fantastic musical quartet.

AP DONA ANINHAS

 

 

In the north of Portugal, in the center of Viana do Castelo, AP Dona Aninhas will also be celebrating the new year with a special dinner accompanied by a piano and string duo. The exclusive menu for this evening will be Fresh Cod Loin with White Bean Puree, Kale and Pestos Duo + Veal Medallion with Port Wine Sauce, Foi-Gras, Potato Crumbs and Crunchy Bread. The price is €170 per person with drinks included.

 

But the party doesn’t end there and on January 1st there’s a Buffet lunch, with some highlights such as Swordfish Steak with Saffron Chickpea Sauté + Oven-roasted Veal with Boletus Sauce + Vegetable Chili and much more. The price is 45€ per person with drinks included.

In the Alentejo, in Montargil, the AP Lago Montargil Conference & Spa has prepared two different options for New Year’s Eve dinner. You can opt for a Buffet Dinner or a Gala Dinner. On January 1st, you also have the opportunity to try a carefully prepared Brunch-Buffet.
