NOMAD RESTAURANT & BAR PARTICIPATES IN THE SEA GASTRONOMY FESTIVAL

The Nomad Rooftop Restaurant & Bar, at the AP Maria Nova Lounge hotel, will participate in the Sea Gastronomy Festival, which takes place in Tavira from the 28th of April to the 28th of May.

 

The restaurant competes with a high-quality menu, including tuna tartar, guacamole and asparagus from Ria and prawn risotto from our coast.

 

Dishes are accompanied by QSS wine, Dona Aninhas.

 

The objective of the Sea Gastronomy Festival is “the appreciation of traditional cuisine, characteristic of the classification of the Mediterranean Diet as Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity by Unesco, in line with the wisdom and mastery of chefs and cooks”.

 

Customers of this event who try three of the participating restaurants qualify to win a prize.
