The AP Eva Senses has a special program for you to enjoy this New Year’s Eve in Faro, with accommodation options for two people, from €220 per person, overlooking the city or the marina. This discount is valid until November 30th.
At the gala dinner you can count on an Aperitif Cocktail and a Tasting Dinner with live ambient music, with dishes such as Carabineiro Risotto with citrus fruits, Sirloin Wellington with truffle and vintage Port sauce, among others. You can also count on the wines Quinta de S. Sebastião Rosé, São Sebastião Arinto, Quinta de S. Sebastião Colheita, beers, soft drinks, water, coffee and tea.

In order to welcome the new year in the best way, the AP Victoria Sports & Beach is preparing a gala dinner with drinks included and discounts until the 30th of November.

Head to Portimão and welcome the new year with Praia da Rocha as a backdrop and in a welcoming environment.
The AP Oriental Beach promises a New Year’s Eve party with music until dawn, cocktails, dinner, and supper, accompanied by wine and an open bar after dinner, perfect for a celebration for two, with family or among friends.
You will be welcomed with a Welcome Drink by the lake at the entrance of the restaurant with appetizers and canapés, and with a violinist/saxophonist to create an atmosphere. At the Gala Dinner, you can count on Octopus Carpaccio with passion fruit vinaigrette, coriander, Sauteed Scallop Crunch, Soft Black Pork Medallions stuffed with fig paste, among other delicacies. At the Balsa Restaurant, in the AP Maria Nova Lounge, a fantastic festive menu will be served, followed by a party at the Rooftop Nomad Restaurant & Bar with sparkling wine and raisins to celebrate the turn of the year.
Chef Milene Nobre makes a point of greeting guests at the start of the Gala Dinner with an appetizer specially designed for the occasion, followed by Escalope de Foie Gras, Grouper Supreme with tiger shrimp, Naco de Calf matured, among other surprises.
