F&B get-together
On the 15th of September, the chefs of the hotels in our group got together for an F&B (Food and Beverage) get-together, at lunch at AP Cabanas Beach & Nature.
A joint idea by the general management, the human resources management and the F&B management that allowed the heads of each hotel unit to exchange experiences and ideas. Matters such as the project to standardize F&B procedures were also discussed, and thus managed to create bonds and strengthen the team spirit of the group’s department.
The chefs also had the opportunity to visit the group’s most recent hotel unit, the AP Cabanas Beach & Nature.
